About Us

Since 1995, Aludon has been the specialist in transforming aluminium profiles into high-quality semi-finished and finished products. From our modern facility in Drachten, we serve customers across a wide range of industries, including construction, transportation, interior design and mechanical engineering.

With more than 50 dedicated professionals and an extensive machinery fleet, we have grown into the market leader in aluminium processing in the Netherlands.

Aludon was founded in 1995 in the Frisian town of Donkerbroek as a supplier of profiles and components for the sun shading industry. It soon became clear that our ambitions extended beyond distribution alone, leading to the purchase of our first CNC machine in 1997. This marked the beginning of an impressive period of growth.

Today, we operate from a modern facility in Drachten, have access to advanced manufacturing equipment and are recognised as one of the most versatile aluminium processing companies in Europe.

To expand our precision and machining capabilities, we invested in our first 7.6-metre, 3-axis CNC milling machine. This represented a significant step forward, enabling us to machine larger and more complex aluminium profiles with exceptional accuracy.

This investment strengthened Aludon's position as a preferred machining partner and laid the foundation for continued growth.

One of the most significant milestones in our history was our move to our brand-new facility at Teslalaan 4 in Drachten. This modern building not only provided us with substantially more space but also created new opportunities to further expand our production capacity.

This move marked the beginning of a new chapter and prepared Aludon for continued growth and innovation.
